Let me just recap my week. It's been a good week so far and I'm very pleased with it. The only thing is that I am not updating my blog. Alright, so here I am updating it now. (23rd February up to 3rd of March)
Let's start off with 23rd of February.
23rd February 2009, Monday
Went out with my mother as my mother wants to buy some things and also to buy food. While I was out with my mother, Faiz texted me and asked if I wanted to watch a movie. Would gladly love to watch movies but the thing was I was outside.
Hmm? So after several text messages then I changed my mind and decided to go and watch movie with him and Fiqah the following day. When I was replying his text message, I was like carrying some heavy (but ok, not very heavy) things on my right hand. Imagine how slow was that?
After my mother had done her shopping, we took cab home. Well? By then my mother was really tired but I still have some energy left.
24th February 2009, Tuesday
Went out with Faiz and Fiqah. Met Faiz at Pasir Ris MRT station. Faiz was surprised that I'm early. See, like I keep repeating many times that I can be EARLY too. However, I don't know usually for school I'm usually late but EARLY at times. *grins*
So when I reached Pasir Ris Interchange, I called Faiz to ask him where is he. Faiz actually wanted to call me but I called him instead. Anyway, we took the train to City Hall then cross over then alighted at Somerset.
Fiqah hasn't reached yet when we reached Cineleisure. The funny part was when she reached and when she called me I did not turn to my right. Instead, I turned to my left while talking on the phone, I remember this one clearly - "Where are you?", she went... "Err? Err?" (in which she was said she was raring to laugh already) and when I turned to my right, she was like laughing.
After which we went to buy movie tickets. Fiqah and I were neutral about what movie to watch actually. We saw the trailer for the movie "Push", dang! That movie looks cool! Gosh. Then there's this movie. Err? I can't remember but Jesse ... Err? Sorry I can't remember his full name but he acted in "John Tucker Must Die". Ok, we finally decided to stick with our inital plan then - "He's Just Not Into You".
We got about one and a half hours to go window-shopping and such, we decided to have lunch at PastaMania. I can't remember what Fiqah and Faiz had but I had Creamy Chicken. Hmm? Don't think I would eat it again next time. Creamy Chicken when it gets cold, it isn't nice to eat. Boohoo! Maybe I should try the Lasagne next time if I go to PastaMania. OR... Anything to recommend? What's nice at PastaMania?
Anyway, after lunch we were left with like 15 minutes. So ok, we took our time to go up. Hmm? It's a 2pm show, I did not expect many people actually so was a bit surprised.
I think the movie was sweet, funny and touching but FIQAH THINKS IT'S BORING AND LAME. Objection! Objection! Well? I just feel that maybe some parts can be a bit 'dry' but overall I say it's not bad. Quite a nice movie that I enjoyed actually. Would probably rate this movie slightly higher than "Bride Wars". So I say, 3.5/5? (Since I rate Bride Wars as 3/5)
I think I like Neil and Beth in the movie. They're really sweet but I guess because of some misunderstanding and such, which lead to a breakup but they got back together again. The last part was the best! Yes, the way Neil (Affleck) purposes to Beth (Aniston). I kind of laughed because of the look on his face, his expression when he was on his knees but on the other hand, I was like... "Aww...".
Neil (Ben Affleck; I used to like him a lot back then, I like his character in the movie! Very sweet guy) and Beth (Jennifer Aniston)
I don't know what others might say or think about the movie but in my opinion, I feel it's somehow realistic in certain ways. There are people out there who are really that desperate and there are some people who also make the same mistakes like what was in the movie. So I don't think it's that bad.
My favourite quotes in the movie:
Gigi: "Maybe his grandma died or maybe he lost my number or is out of town or got hit by a cab... "
Mary: "I had this guy leave me a voicemail at work, so I called him at home, and then he emailed me to my BlackBerry, and so I texted to his cell, and now you just have to go around checking all these different portals just to get rejected by seven different technologies."
Mary: "It's exhausting."
Alex: "I really gotta go to bed."
Gigi: "Is that an invitation?"
Alex: "What?"
Gigi: "Oh god, That was cheesy."
Those are just some parts that I like. After the movie, it was raining. Boohoo! We can't go anywhere so we had to walk around Cathay Cineleisure then. Faiz bought Famous Amos Cookies and shared with Fiqah and I. He bought 400 grams of it if not wrong, 100 grams free. Meaning to say - 500 grams. Eat and eat till we can't finish, so he gave it to me to bring it home. Well? Thank you. Alright, moving on now.

25th February 2009, Wednesday
I just stayed at home. Was really lazy to go out. Furthermore, I am tired. Oh, I watched the Champions League game. Chelsea versus Juventus. Juventus were the better Italian side! My heart was beating fast when they had their chances in the Second Half of the game. Whereas, First Half - It was more of... Chelsea attacking but it's the opposite in the next 45 minutes. All in all, THE BLUES beat Juventus by 1 goal to nil.
Chelsea will have a slender lead with that one goal advantage when they travel to Turin. Come on BLUES! Win the game in Turin and we're through but I am aware that you can never take your opponents lightly. Furthermore, Juventus are a strong side too, they have a good squad.
26th February 2009, Thursday
My cousin, Tracy's wedding dinner. Her wedding dinner is at Furama City Centre. I did not expect my drama instructor (Mr Tony) to be there actually. He was with his Peranakan group to entertain us at the wedding dinner. (Oh, the groom is Peranakan anyway! "Apa Khabair?"; Peranakan way of saying "How are you?")
The food was great. Had an 8 Course Meal.
This was what I had:
Assorted Muslim Cold Cuts
Beef Ball wigth assorted vegetables and beancurd soup
Crispy Fried Chicken with crackers
Fried Fish Fillet with Homemade Spicy Pineapple sauce (isn't spicy! Tasty! I LOVE THIS!)
Oat and Butter Prawn
Mushroom Soup (Very nice and yummy!)
Kampong Fried Rice with seafood (This is nice. Not your ordinary fried rice. Sadly I only managed to eat half of it, this is the second last that was being served)
...Last but not least, Mango pudding (not those ordinary pudding that you go to NTUC Fairprice that type) - Looks more like fruit pudding? As there were fruits.
Left a little early as my dad and brother had to go to work and school respectively the following day. We left the place about 10.45pm. Reached home close to midnight.
Yawns! I'm still thinking of that Fried Fillet Fish with the Homemade Pineapple sauce. Gosh... However, I am not drooling, so fret not!
27th February 2009, Friday
Tired tired tired. I did nothing much. I woke up late.
28th February 2009, Saturday
I actually can't remember much about Saturday apart from the result that Chelsea got a victory against Wigan Athletic. 90th minute goal by Frank Lampard sealed the victory. Am pleased with it and oh boy, it brought joy to me. Ok, so the Premiership might be staying at Old Trafford for another season (next season, come on BLUES bring it back to The Bridge!!) but it's important to at least be 2nd.
A victory for Chelsea and surprisingly Liverpool lost to Middlesbrough. That actually shocked and surprised me. Of course it was great to see your rival team drop points and with their defeat, it means Chelsea move up to 2nd couresty of having a better goal difference.
1st March 2009, Sunday
February doesn't have 30 days, sadly it has 28 days unless it's a leap year in which you would have another "extra" day in February.
Renny and Jiekie's birthday. Hmm? So fast huh? 19 years old already. However, Renny is still "childish". Oops. HAHA. I shall not say anything else. *My lips are sealed*
2nd March 2009, Monday It's my first time using my laptop. (In which I am using it at the moment to type this entry!)
My dad bought this laptop few months ago but only few days ago I started to use it. Hmm? Ok, I'm a laptop/notebook noob. Boohoo. Pardon me. I'm just so used to using my desktop computer.
Anyway! I feel you got to be tech-savvy. Ok, I want to be tech-savvy! However, I am not a techno freak! Whichever way you look at it. HAHA. Be it music genre or in other words: Technology freak.
I do like or should I say I REALLY APPRECIATE HAVING TECHNOLOGIES! MAKING MY LIFE EASY! Hmm? However, I am not super duper obsessed. Hmm? Ok, maybe I am obsessed to the internet.
Anyway, here are the specifications:
ACER ASPIRE 4930G
INTEL CORE 2 DUO PROCESSOR T9400 (Intel Centrino Duo)
(2.53GHz, 1066 MHz FSB, 6MB L2 cache)
4GB DDR2 RAM
320GB HDD
14.1" WXGA Acer CrystalBrite LCD
NVIDIA GeFORCE 9300M GS (256MB)
It weighs about 2.5kg with the battery. I don't fancy the battery life though but so far I feel this laptop is good and probably ideal for me.
Oh, Fiqah got a new laptop. I'm pleased for her. She got Acer too! Acer buddies. Haha... Well? My dad seems to be an Acer fan anyway. He's laptop is also Acer (18.4"), he also got himself an Acer Aspire One. Oh well...
3rd March 2009, Tuesday Ok, I used my desktop computer first (ok, also Acer) to transfer some data and all. After which I switched to my laptop. Oh boy, I can't believe I'm saying this but I guess I'm somewhat a little addicted to using my laptop. Gosh.
Anyway, woke up at about 4pm (well? I slept at 8 in the morning! Hmm? Ok, 8 hours of sleep). My PlayStation Portable (PSP) was beside me so I decided to play games first. Well? Ok, before I played my PSP, I actually went back to sleep for a while. Probably for 10 minutes?
Anyway, I played FIFA 09. Probably I am addicted to the manager mode. Simulation mode please! HAHA. Anyway, it's my fifth season as Chelsea's manager and later on at night I completed my fifth season. So... Now I'm on to my sixth season as manager of Chelsea.
Hey, I did a good job ok! I win all trophies and remain unbeaten for the past two seasons. Ok, my fourth season I was beaten once in one of the cup games but I already won the game in the first leg.
Anyway, my dad brought back some food for the family to eat. Yummy! Siew mai! My father, my brother and I love Siew Mai. Yum yum! He also bought the Set A (the Ananas Cafe one). Yummy~ Foooooddddddd...
After which, I just watched television with my mother. There's this free preview of the Indonesian channel (MNC) for two weeks and it seems like my mother is very keen on it and so, she might want to ask my dad to subscribe to it.
Yawns yawns yawns. I shall not go on and talk about all the other things.
And so.... I am still awake till like NOW. HAHA. Yes, I am still awake. Gosh, I think I better get some sleep soon!
Hmm? Well? I was watching the Chelsea match just now. Portsmouth versus Chelsea. Victory to Chelsea! Didier Drogba scored the only goal of the match which was the winner. Hurray for my TEAM!
Yawns yawns yawns. Blah blah. Hmm? Naqiah won't be able to go with me to the "Live 'n' Loaded" show on the 17th March. Boohoo! Hmm? Ok, I understand as she had to work. Hmm? I'm not sure if Xiaoqiang will be free or not! Hopefully by then she'll finish her attachment!
I can't believe it's just one more day to the release of posting result. I am so scared. I hope to get in to my first two choices but I am just afraid. Arghhhhh... Don't want to talk about it. *cross fingers* Oh please, please please...
Alright, I better be going~ (:
(Hmm? Was nice taking pictures using the webcam. My current display picture [on Live Messenger] was taken using the webcam *grins*)
OK, GOOD MORNING EVERYONE! (I'm off to shower then have my breakfast!)
Peace~

What Your Sleeping Position Says
You are calm and rational person with a good deal of balance in your life.
Friends consider you to be kind, caring, and truly loyal.
You are easy going and trusting. However, you are too sensible to fall for mind games.
Open to the world, you are not afraid to be yourself.
If you don't get enough sleep, you are: Able to cope
It's hard to sleep next to you because: You're a bed hog
In love, you are quietly intense, devoted, and tend too hold on too long.
For you, sex is a way to get closer - and a way to take care of your partner.
Overall, you are altruistic and eager to please your sweetie.
However, you tend to also be non-confrontational and secretly frustrated with relationship issues.
Like most sane women, you want a great guy who will treat you well.
But you're also willing to put up with a few flaws in your Mr. Right
You should congratulate yourself on having a realistic approach to dating.
You probably have quite a few great guys you can date!
You're funny, quirky, cute, and sassy.
Guys always have a great time with you, and that alone is sexy.
You've got an upbeat, optimistic spirit that totally shines through.
Any guy would be crazy to turn you down!
Whether you're an official student or a casual learner, you enjoy hitting the books.
You know a little bit about everything, and you're always dying to know more.
For a guy to win your heart, he's got to share some of your intellectual interests.
A awesome book collection of his own doesn't hurt either!
You're barely spoiled. You may have some nice things, but you never let them go to your head.
You appreciate each gift you're given - and you don't dwell on what you "deserve" to have.
Overall, you're a pretty chill person - and you have a good handle on your emotions.
Sometimes your anger gets the best of you, and end up regretting how you act.
Try to curb your temper more often. It only has to get out of control once to do some damage.
